4 - month challenge - 2nd month, first Thursday - overcame inertia...

I was really tired today (i think yesterday was just too much...and I had some stomach issues today) so I put off the cardio until time for my workout - and I almost put off my workout..but then I saw the shape of my traps coming out and thought, I better go if i want more definition...I just worked back, no biceps.
My calorie challenge , I forgot my inhaler (thought it was in my coat pocket)- different equipment and not a lot of pizzaz today - 171 measly calories on the precor elliptical - 2 big hills. i was burning 10-12 calories a minute, but it wasn't enough. I am sure next week when i am over this stomach stuff (maybe food poisoning) I will do a lot better.
Db rows - 2 warm-ups with 20lb db'sX10, 4 sets 40'sX12
wide pull-down 3 sets 90X12 (go figure, best yet and I am sick...)
shrugs 3 sets 40'sX15 superset with
3 sets 15 back extension
Food today:
6am 1/2c oatmeal, isopure
coffee, splenda
9am isopure (chocolate) and frozen strawberries, mmm
12:30 1/2c rice, mixed vegetables, chicken, a little beef
4:30ish Syntrax nectar PWO
7:20 chicken breast, small yukon gold potato, sf/cal free creamy bacon dressing, wedge of iceberg lettuce sf/cal free french (drizzle)
