3/31/07 Saturday..Nice Workout..NEW RECRUIT!

I couldn't workout Friday due to an evening meeting that I had so Dottie and I got together today.....and we have a new recruit! Though not necessarily to the COMPETITION, but to fitness. My 19 year old Daugther joined us! WOOT WOOT!

Also a friend of Dotties is going to be joining us in the challenge as well and working out! Watch out Seattle! FREETRAINERS IS TAKING OVER! LOL

Here is the results of this evenings work out:
Warm Ups:
5 minute stationary bike level 4
Walking Lunges (BW) 10/10/10

Exercises:
SLDL's 15x30/12x40/10x50/8x70
Stationary Lunges: 12x20/10x24/8x24
Side Lunges: 12xBW/10x16/8x20
Leg Press (instead of step ups, step was taken :()
12x40/10x50/8x70
Crossover Crunches: BW ONLY 15x15x15
Double Crunches: BW ONLY 12x15x20

Diet:
1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 egg/2eggwhite omelet w/spinach & broccoli
1 cup coffee w/1 tsp nf creamer
1 cup carrots 2 TBSP LF Ranch Dressing
6 oz Ginger Salmon, 1/2cup mashed potatoes 1 cup salad w/balsamic vinegar dressing.
1 Protein Bar 25G
2 egg whites/1 whole egg boiled, 1/4 cup rice.
