3/28/07 - Good Cardio Day...
While we are still trying to catch up to the routine which we did today, Thursday, Wednesdays workout was just some trial and error for Dottie, but resulted in a great cardio session.
Here is what went down:
Inner Thigh Press 15x30/12x40/10x50/8x60
Outer Thigh Press 15x20/12x30/10x40/8x50
Machine AB Twists 15x20/12x30/10x40 (each side)
Floor Crunch Twists 15xBW/15xBW/15xBW
20 Minute HIIT on Treadmill/Int Lev 3/Speed Increments
Dottie didn't make it through this once the running started, but continued on after 10 minutes and did a moderate level. This was an awesome one for me, got to run again! God I miss that!
Diet is just now starting to get back on track again as I am getting my appetite back. Should be in full swing too.
