30 day challenge: Day 12

So yesterday after I wrote my flog I went for a jog with my friend. This is the first time my friend was exercising so we didn't run for more than 30-60 seconds before walking and taking a break but it was fun and nice to get out into the fresh air.

Today for day 12 I did 200 punches in the air. I pulled my arm back so I also felt it in my lats as well as my arms. I managed to do it all in one go but I did lose count a few times haha.

Second I did 200 butt kicks. This was a bit difficult to do all in one go. I don't remember how many breaks I took but I try to push myself to the limit everytime.

After that I went to my cousins house. She wanted to do the challenge too but she was sore from doing 200 crunches with me the other day hahaha. Day 1 had crunches so we'll start that with her later but for some fun I repeated roughly 200 punches with her and then did 50 skater slides. My other cousin ended up recording it and sending it to our entire bible study group...we also did a 10 minute workout on my cousins app that involved switching between donkey kicks, bridges and lunges which my 6 year old cousin ended up doing with us. What a cutie!
