Tuesday, November 29th
6:30 Oatmeal, raisins and whey protein, maple syrup
9:30 1 egg, 3 whites, mozzarella cheese, ½ an avocado, salsa
12:30 leftover chicken, asparagus, rice.
Missed my afternoon snack again… did that yesterday, probably not good.
Dinner - late - 7:45
Homemade whole wheat/oat pizza crust, green olives, onion, mushrooms, healthy choice sauce, extra lean hamburger, asiago cheese
I will post the pizza crust recipe in the nutrition forum! It was really good!
