    Due to the new job, and the physical labour involved, having to overcome a very sore wrist, (have lost muscle as a result)I am again tackling the weights. New program starts July 5/03. Have been staying active with the karate training/teaching.

    Still not lifting. Doing cardo three days a week, ab work. Looks like this may continue until the new year. Don't want to start and be off again, as the wrist is getting better. May have started back to soon last time.

    Well today was the best day for lifting. Very little problems with the wrist. Was able to keep good form for all the sets. Gee feels good being back at it. Cardo is done with my martial arts work outs so getting best of both again.
