...skinnier than the last time I saw you.

That was the start of a conversation I had with a gal at the gym yesterday. She hadn't been there in a few months. She then asked "how much have you lost?" I replied "none. It just seems to be moving to the right places." In fact, I think I may have gained a pound or two. Should check my BF% one of these days.

Week Two - Day Four - Heavy Pull

Start: 8:00am
Finish: 9:07am

Warm Up: Three minutes on the treadmill

Weighted Supine Rows: BWx8/BW+10lbsx8/BW+10lbsx7/BW+10lbsx3
Seated Cable Rows: 80x8/110x8/150x7/190x5
BB SLDL: 80x8/100x8/125x7/145x6
EZ Bar Curls: 35x8/45x8/55x7/60x5
BB Shrugs: 95x8/115x8/135x7/185x6
Crunch Ups: 12x3
Bicycles: 12x3

Thoughts: Keep the weight on the Rows. Not quite full on the Cable Rows. Upped both types of Rows. Need to add more on the SLDL. Keep the current weight on the Rows and Curls. Lowered the Shrug weight from last week as I felt it was too much.
