Yesterday

My chest & triceps were/are a little sore.  Pilates and isometric lower body and a core workout (planks and crunches).  Eating was healthy- avoided wings/desserts at Superbowl Party, stuck wth fresh veggies and fruit options- that was a huge accomplishment for me!  Today cardio and weights and I'm gonna take my base measurements, gonna wait till wednesday to get on the scale though- dont like to weigh myself since I always seem to get discouraged. It has been about a month since I last did.  I have been conscienciously eating good and working out for about 3 weeks so on wednesday so I guess it will be time to step on the scale (grrr!)

    Don't worry so much about the scale. Make sure you take body measurements, that is where you'll see real results. Do your pants feel looser? Shirts aren't so tight? These are going to be the results you want to see. Also, make sure when you do weight yourself to do it at the same time and way (clothes on, clothes off, etc.) I suggest doing it first thing in the morning after you have relieved yourself, before consuming any water and before you get in the shower. You're weighing on an empty stomach and I usually weight myself nude. Besides that,.it sounds like you're doing a great job! Keep up the awesome work.
