Yesterday

Was a rest day (ha) I cleaned the house more thoroughly than I have in months!

I have noticed shoulder soreness and calf soreness, so the workouts, though short, have been effective lately.

Food yesterday:

7am cheese and chive eggbeaters
2 slices low sodium ezekial bread w/smart balance
coffee, splenda

11:30 chicken breast
baked potato, tsp margarine, spoonful sour cream
small piece baked fish
salad greean, sunflower seeds, cucumbers
drizzle of oil and vinegar
coffee, water, diet coke

Got to cleaning and forgot to snack (made up for it later...)

6:15 hamburger patty (97% lean)
slice of ff cheese, ketchup, dijon
baked potato, ICBINB spray, lite sour cream (tbsp)

Coors light (reward for cleaning)

garlic and onion soy crisps

walnuts and apricots

at least it was healthy snack foods!!!
