Workout plan

Ok this is what I intend to do once the Y thing takes place:
Mon-Chest 20 min of cardio
Tue Back 20 min cardio
Wed arms 20 mins of cardio
Thur Shoulders
Fri legs (swimming)
The cardio I plan is one day of treadmill, one of the eplictical trainer and then swimming. Anythoughts?

    Sounds like you have the bases covered. Hiit will really kick your butt if you throw in a little of that.
