LB Russian Twist: 10x3

Thoughts: Well, I have a pulse. And it hit about 148bpm today.

Not sure if I burned off last night's pasta or not, but a good chunk of it is gone now. And the stupid Split Squats are done for the week. Did some stretching to wrap up.

Weight this morning was 187lbs.

    Oh well...that's okay. Good to know about FL2--looking forward to the pain (or not).

    Darnit! MS... sorry... I inadvertly deleted your comments.. yes, Split Squats are stupid! :) I've done them with the swiss ball before... but not to this intensity. ugh. FL1 was good... FL2 will do your body harm. ;) Sorry for accidentally deleting your post! t
