Warm Up: Three minutes on the Concept II

WG Cable Seated Rows: 60/80/100x10

Supine Hip Xtn w/Leg Curl: 10x3
BB Push Press: 55/65/70x10

Dynamic Lunge: 50/60/70x10
UB Russian Twist: 5/10/15x10

Thoughts: Quick pace on this today. The rest periods are down to about 45 seconds now. I upped the weights in FS/Rows/PP and Lunges and added weight to the twists.

Did some stretching afterward.
