WooHoo, It's Friday!!!
According to my workout plan, today should have been a full body workout. However, not being able to do arm work has forced a change in my routine. So today I went to the gym early and did cardio on the elliptical, 30min on a hills program level 12 for first half, level 15 for second half. Followed this by some back extensions and some ab bridging. Then lots of stretching. Good workout.
I swear that yesterday I must of lost 10lb in water alone between my hot yoga and then fencing class. I should make Friday my weigh in day from now on (:
Tomorrow I'm running outside with my running buddy -it's been at least a month since I've run with her! We'll probably run about 6km. It'll be good to get back to it!
Today's diet will be a bit of a challenge due to early morning workout, going out for lunch and then Friday night at the pub. I'll be good-within reason-2 Guinness max and no chicken wings (;

7:30 workout-cardio
8:30 Protein smoothie from Jugo Juice
10:30 1/2 Zone bar
12:00 Lunch at a Korean Restaurant
3:30 1/2 Zone Bar
6:00 Chicken Teriyaki with veggies
8:00 2 Guinness
