Wk 2 of 8 for Wt Loss Challenge
Previous Weekend:
Had an excellent weekend as far as exercise and diet. No alcohol and no junk food. Feeling very good about that! Golfed 9 holes Friday, 18 holes Sat. and ran 6km Sunday.
Today: Personal Trainer Session
PT took me thru a great circuit/superset
Basically it went as follows:
warm up on ellip
Squats-1st time without Smith-bar only:45lbs (it'll take a bit to get used to these
supersetted with walking lunges: 2 sets of 20 each
2min on recumb bike
Hamer bench press: 36 superseted 2 sets with
seated row (40lbs)
2min on stepper
leg curls (lying down ones) superset with
leg ext. (single leg with lift at top alt. leg)
stepper 2 min
incline bench press (db 10lbs)
wide lat pull downs
stepper 2min
capt. chair abs 20/15/10
5 min ellip.
Phew......sure got my heart rate up!
