Wk 1/Day 2 of Wt. Loss Challenge...so far so good-only 54 days to go!
Well the diet part is going well. I didn't eat enough yesterday and ended up with a wicked headache at the end of the day. I increased my protien a bit today and ate more veggies as well as a low carb prot supp . Felt much better to have a bit more food in me!
I did a sort of full body workout today because I'm not sure what the PT will do with me on Friday. I'm anticipating he'll do a circuit routine, so I didn't want to overwork anything today. My workout went as follows:
5min on treadmill
assisted pullups 12*55/12/55/10*65
walking lunges 12/12*12/12*12
HS chest press 12*36/12*36/10*36
hamstring curls 12*45/*12*55/12*65
Was going to do squats but someone started chatting with me and before I knew it I ran out of time.
I be working out at full strength both weights and cardio beginning next week. Still have wts Fri and cardio on Sunday.
