Wk 1 light workout chest shoulders

Ok I need to work on what light means but here goes
Bench 135x10 155x10 185x10 205x10 215x8 225x7
Incline 155x10 165x10 175x10 185x5
Incline flies 35x10 45x10 55x10
BBpress 95x10 105x10 115x10
Arnold presses 50x10 55x10 60x8
Shrugs 225x10 315x10 405x10 455x10 505x5
Highlights: Well this felt good. I will go lighter than this in 2 weeks when it comes back around.
Lowlights: Just did not have it in me to do cardio.
Sidenote I did this Wed night and thursday I was sick.
