Whew.. it's been a day...

Had my fitness theory exam last night... not too bad, I suppose... all I dreamt about was that silly test and shopping carts. Not sure of the correlation there.. but, hey, who ever said dreams made sense....
Add to that my son was in a bit of a mood this morning... that was a treat to wake up to.
So, I was a little tired at the gym this morning, but didn't care or let that stop me...
Week Four/Day Four
Start: 8:15am
Finish: 9:13am
Warm Up - Five minutes in the treadmill.
Standing Two-Handed Curls: 10kgx10/12.5kgx8/17.5kgx6/22.5kgx6 (found these hard on my elbows for some reason)
Concentration Curls: 12lbsx10/15lbsx8/25lbsx6/30lbsx6

Overall, felt good... still spotting the last couple reps of the left arm on the Concentration Curls. Was better this time than last time though...
Maybe some cardio tonight... we'll see...
