It's amazing how changing up the order can really throw a curve into the workout...
Warm up on the eliptical for 11 minutes
Lat Pull Down: 10 plates x 10/12 plates x 10
Seated Row: 11 plates x 10/12 plates x 10
Ball Rolls (For hamstring): 15 x 2
Ball Squats: 15x24lbs/15x24lbs
Smith Incline Chest Press: 84lbsx10/89lbsx10
Chest Press: 11 plates x 10/11 plates x 10
Shoulder Press: 12 plates x 10/12 plates x 10
Tricep Rope Pull Downs: 15.5kgx10/17.5kgx9 (this is where the order burned the tris)
Bicep Curls: 15.5kgx10/20.5kgx10
Planking: rocking x 1 x 30 seconds/1 side to side step x 30 seconds
Whew...
