Again, worked on the negative of the exerises tonight.. boy, you forget how tough they can be if you let the form slide even a little...
All of the exercises I used only ten pounds... a couple of reasons, I wanted to try and get strict form, plus, since they were shoulder exercises I wanted to take it easy since I've had some pain in my shoulder..
Front DB Raises: 12/12/10/9
Standing Lat Raises: 12/12/10/9
Bent Over DB Lats: 12/12/10/8
I never experienced much, if any pain in these exercises.. not sure why...
Abs were all 15 of each:
Bent Knee Lying Side Raises
Leg Raises
Twisting Crunches
Overall, I felt good with a nice tired feeling in the obliqes...
I added the Bent Over DB Lats and could feel the burn when I did those...
