Three minute warmup on eliptical

Machine Press: 5x5x7p
Standing Lat Raises: 5x5x10lbs
B.O. DB Lats: 5x5x10lbs
EZ Bar Curls: 5x5x30lbs
Hammer Curls: 5x5x10lbs
Cable Pushdowns: 5x5x10kgs
Dips: 5x5x10lbs
Wrist Curls: 5x5x10lbs
Reverse Wrist Curls: 5x5x10lbs

And, just for the hell of it (cuz I set a goal), I threw in chins today... at the end of the workout...

Heart Rate hit about 148bpm. So it got up there at one point.
