Week Two/Day Three

So, I caved... found a great deal on some golf clubs... used mind you, but what the heck... two sets for $70. Clubs, balls, tees, bags, carts... couldn't pass up that deal... although the gal I bought them from says it's the only thing she's ever sold that didn't work. ha!

Start time: 8:07am

Warmup - three minutes on recumbent bike
Leg Press: 5x5x160lbs
Single Leg Press: 5x5x70lbs
Calf Raises on LP: 50/40/30x70lbs
Leg Xtns: 5x5x8p
Ham Curls: 5x5x4p
DB Lunges: 5x5x12lbs (I can up this weight)
Reverse Calf Raises: 30/25/25
Chins: 5/5/5/4/4
Crunches: 5x5x25lbs
Leg Raises: 5x5 (no weight)

Finish: 8:59am

That's it... off for a week.. but I'll try and squeeze something in somewhere...
