Week Two/Day Three

Couldn't make it to the gym yesterday so I trained at home today... decided to do a few things.. guess a mini-full body workout...

Went for the Single Rep Deadlifts again and surprised myself...

Warm up: Pushups 15/15/15

Deadlifts: 5x135lbs/1x185lbs/1x225lbs/1x235lbs/1x260lbs/1x270lbs/1x280lbs/1x290lbs/1x300lbs.... figured I'd give 290 a whirl since it's been a while since I tried these things... May 4th was the last time I did deadlifts... I can only imagine the look on my face as I was raising the bar off the floor...

Military Press: 10x20lbs/10x40lbs/10x70lbs
Reverse Calf Raises: 2 sets of 20
Standing EZ Bar 21's: 3 sets of 21 at 30lbs

BK Lying Side Leg Raises: 25/25
Ball Obliques: 25/25

Superset:
Leg Raises: 25/25
Crunches: 25/25

I was pretty happy with the new numbers in the deadlifts... the big challenge was actually lowering the weights to the floor without letting it fall... guess that works the grip strength... I really focused on keeping my back in line as I was putting it down and hoping not to round it... I believe I succeeded!
