DB Flat Flyes (was gonna do DB Incline Presses, bench was being used): 15lbsx10/20lbsx10/25lbsx8/30lbsx6
Wide Pushups: 10/10/10/10

Bent Knee Lying Side Leg Raises: 2x25
Leg Raises: 2x25
