Warm up on Recumbent Bike for three minutes
BB Bench: 10x65lbs/10x85lbs/10x125lbs
Leg Press: 10x160lbs/10x230lbs/10x320lbs
OH Tri-Xtns: 10x35lbs/10x45lbs/10x55lbs (did these standing)
Calf Raises on Leg Press: 20x40lbs/10x50lbs/10x70lbs
Lat Pull Downs: 10x8p/10x9p/10x10p
DB Shoulder Press: 10x12lbs/10x15lbs/10x20lbs (did these standing)
DB Shrugs: 10x40lbs/10x40lbs/10x40lbs
BK Lying Side Leg Raises: 25/25
Ball Oblique: 25/25
Superset:
Leg Raises: 25/25
Twisting Crunches: 25/25
Sure was spent after the abs... whew....
