Warmup - three minutes on eliptical
Conc. Curls: 12lbsx10/15lbx8/25lbsx6/30lbsx6 (spotted the last couple on the left arm)
EZ Bar Curls: 30lbsx10/35lbsx8/45lbsx6/60lbsx6
Decline Skulls: 35lbsx10/45lbsx8/55lbsx6/65lbsx6
Close Grip BP: 55lbsx10/65lbsx8/75lbsx6/80lbsx6
Close Grip Push Ups: 14
Tick Tocks: 20lbsx30
Ball Obliques: 2x15
Leg Raises (full extension of legs) 2x15

Overall.. felt good... gotta get the left arm up to par with the right.
