Week Two - Day Two - Medium Day

Finish: 8:53am

Crunches: 3x12
Frog Crunches: 3x12

BB OH Press: 50/55/65/70/75x5
BO BB Rows: 65/75/85/105/135x5
Front Squats: 45/50/60/70/80x5
BB Good Mornings: 65/75/95/105/110x5
Single Leg Squats: 3x8 each leg

Followed with some stretching.

Thoughts: Good today, but I discovered I am not a fan of Front Squats. May need to really focus on positioning of the bar. May not have had the elbows high enough in front of me. I will probably do them again, though. Over all, good today.
