Warm Up: three minutes on the eliptical

Weighted Supine Row: 12/9/3/4
Seated Cable Row: 60x12/90x12/110x11/150x10
BB SLDL: 55x12/65x12/85x11/105x10
EZ Bar Curls: 25x12/30x12/40x11/50x9
DB Shrugs: 25x12/40x12/50x11/65x10
Crunch Up: 3x8
Bicycles: 3x8

Thoughts: The Curls went up by two reps on the last set. That was nice to see. Some changes in the Supine Rows, too, but still some work to meet the rep range I'm after.
