Week Two - Day Three - Light Push

Finish: 9:03am
Warm Up: Three minutes on the treadmill
Leg Press: 180x12/300x12/35ox11/400x10
Lunges (I HATE THEM): 15x12/20x12/25x11/30x10
DB Inclined Press: 15x12/25x12/35x11/40x10
Skulls (Standing): 25x12/30x12/35x11/45x10
DB Shoulder Press (Scott Style): 10x12/10x12/12x11/15x10
Thoughts: This 'light' thing seems to be anything but. I like it though. I feel I am working harder and not just 'doing it.' Good intensity.
Now, I wonder, do I really need to do the Shoulder Press with the Inclined Press already there? I did move them to the end instead of right after the Inclined Press opting for the Skulls before hand as I figured my shoulder would have been whomped by the time I got to the Shoulder Press.
