Week Two - Day One - Heavy Push

Did this at home tonight...

Start: 7:36pm
Finish: 8:34pm

Warm Up: three minutes on the mini-trampoline

Front Squats: 45x8/65x8/85x7/105x6
DB Lunges (gack): 30x8/30x8/35x7/40x6
DB Chest Press (on ball): 20x8/30x8/35x7/40x6
Seated Military Press: 45x8/65x8/75x7/85x6

Thoughts: I was going to do Skulls, but I was running out of time. Changing DBs at home is a pain. Still, got in a good workout and sweat.
