Warm Up: three minutes on treadmill

EZ Bar 21's: 25lbs/30lbsx/35lbs/35lbs
Hammer Curls: 8lbsx10/10lbsx8/12lbsx6/15lbsx6
Decline Skulls: 40lbsx10/50lbsx8/60lbsx6/70lbsx6
Cable Rope Pushdowns: 7.5kgx10/10kgx8/12.5kgx6/15kgx6

Thoughts: Gotta watch the form on the 21's with the final few reps. Realized about halfway through the skulls I'll be doing some tricep stuff for my challenge wrap up tomorrow. Hope they aren't sore. So after that, I sorta took it easy. I'll be finishing off the twelth week and then take some time off.
