I love Leg Day...

Start: 8:030am
Finish: 8:58am

Warm Up: Three minutes on the eliptical

Leg Press: 180lbsx10/230lbsx8/320lbsx6/500lbsx6!!!!!
Smith Squats: 40lbsx10/60lbsx8/80lbsx6/130lbsx6
DB Lunges: 10lbsx10/15lbsx8/25lbsx6/40lbsx6
Ham Curls: 2px10/3x8/5x6/6x6
Calf Raises on LP: 270lbsx10/270x10/270x10/270x20

Thoughts: WOW! If five hundred pounds ever heavy. I reached the goal! I'm sure my face turned a nice shade of burgundy when I pushed that! On the ham curls the final couple reps didn't quite get to 90 degrees.... Upped the weight on the lunges as well. Balance was a bit of an issue on the first couple reps of the last set. More core work maybe?
