Warm Up: Three minutes on the mini-trampoline
T-Bar Rows: 65lbsx10/75lbsx8/85lbsx6/120lbsx6
Scapular Retraction (on ball): 4x10
Prone Trunk Extension: 4x10
Leg Raises: 2x15
Twisting Crunches: 2x15
Frog Crunches: 2x15
Thoughts: Did this at home. Always a challenge with the children. One received bloody nose after trying to remove a paper airplane from the ceiling fan with a ball. Didn't work.
Thought of adding a fourth exercise today, but figured it was late and I was pretty beat from the drive home this afternoon.
Final for the fitness challenge is on Wednesday.
