Week Twelve/Day Four

Warm Up: Three minutes on the eliptical

Rotator Cuff stuff (internal and external rotations with some tubing)

BB Bench Press: 65lbx10/75lbsx8/85lbsx6/145lbsx8
Flat Bench DB Flyes: 15lbsx10/20lbsx8/30lbsx6/40lbsx6
Dips: 10/8/6/5 (actuall, 5 and a half.. ha)
Pushups (hands on bosu ball): 10x4

Thoughts: Hey, figured since it's Christmas time, I'd give myself some leeway in regards to abs. Haven't done them since Monday. Ya, a bit of guilt, but I'll get over it. Pleased with the Bench Press.

Now that 12 weeks is over, I'll be taking some weight time off. Not sure how long since Christmas is a week away. Not doing travelling, so may pick up and start on Wednesday. This'll still let me workout at home since the gyms hours are going to be slightly different.
