Tick Tocks: 30lbsx a bunch/30lbsx little less than a bunch/30lbsx a little less of a little less of a bunch.

Thoughts: Gotta watch the form on the Rows when the weight starts to get heavy. Seemed to really push myself today. Good sweat. Friday should be interesting.
