Week Three/Day Two

Again, no day one.. missed it as Monday and Tuesday were travel days. Many hours in the car and no golf either... it has been raining since Monday and my furnace is currently running. Should give an indication of how nice and warm it is here today...

Anyhoo... squeezed in some stuff yesterday. Everything is with body weight.

Crunches: 5x5
Leg Raises: 5x5
Push Ups: 5x5
Dips Behind Back: 5x5
Sissy Squats: 5x5
Calf Raises: 30x3
Reverse Calf Raises: 30x3

Start time was 9:24am
Finish time was 9:46am
Got the heart rate up to 124bpm, which is about 70% or so.

Good to be home. Rain is supposed to end tonight... warmer tomorrow so I may be able to get to the driving range at least!
