Week Three/Day Three - Heavy Day

Start: 7:16am
Finish: 8:16am or so...

Crunches: 3x15
Hanging Leg Raises: 3x15

BB OH Press: 45lbs/55lbs/65lbs/70lbsx5/75lbsx3 (work with this till I can get to five)
BO BB Rows: 55lbs/75lbs/85lbs/105lbs/125lbsx5 (keep with this weight till I am comfortable with this poundage)
Smith Squats: 60lbs/90lbs/130lbs/160lbs/200lbsx5 (keep this weight till I am comfortable with the poundage)
DB SLDL: 40lbsx5x5
Calf Raises: 270lbsx30/270lbsx17/270lbsx15

Thoughts: Happy with the squat numbers (wish we had a squat rack) and pleased overall with my workout... now to get ready for camping!
