Week Three/Day Three

Did this at home as I can't make it to the gym today... so, here's how it went today...

Warm up - three minutes on the mini-trampoline

ATG Squats: 5x5x100lbs
SLDL: 5x5x100lbs
Lunges: 5x5x20lbs
Tick Tocks: 20x20lbs/13x20lbs/8x20lbs

I feel as though I may have started too heavy on the ATG's. My body was telling me to stop, so I did... and because of that I dropped Sissy Squats. Still, felt as though I had a pretty intense workout today. I'm gonna pay for it tomorrow though. I am residing my house, so there will be a lot of ladder climbing. I can deal with it.
