Week Three/Day Three

Warm up - three minutes on recumbent bike

BB Bench Press: 10x65lbs/10x85lbs/10x125lbs
DB Squats: 10x15lbs/10x25lbs/10x40lbs (despite the sore calf, these weren't too bad... felt weird without a bar across my shoulders though!)
Smith Incline: 10x65lbs/10x85lbs/10x105lbs
EZ Bar 21's: 1x25lbs/1x30lbs/1x30lbs
Chins: 3/4/4 (should never have done these after arms... should have done them earlier)
Seated DB Wrist Curls: 10x10lbs/10x12lbs/10x15lbs (last set was easier than I thought it would be... go for 20 next time) Opted for these over calf stuff today.
Bent Over DB Lats: 10x12lbs/10x15lbs/10x15lbs (start with a lighter weight as I was losing form on the last couple of reps of the last set.)
Hanging Obliques: 10/10
Lying Side Leg Raises: 15/15

Superset:
Crunches: 15/15
Bicycle Kicks: 15/15

Overall, felt good today.... we've been getting a lot of rain, so it's much more humid than I'm used to... found myself to be sweating much more than usual... so, I gulped plenty of water while I was there...

I wonder if I'll regret doing the squats with the calf. Two days off from training now though. Usually would squeeze in some sort of cardio, but I may skip that...
