Week Three/Day One

Well, plenty of turkey (okay, I sorta behaved) some pumpkin pie and a few beers... today was 'work-it-off-day.' Today is a holiday here, so the gym is closed and the following happened at home:
Start: 6:02pm
Finish: 7:05pm
Warmup: three minutes on the mini-trampoline
BB Incline: 70lbsx10/80lbsx10/85lbsx8/95lbsx6
DB Flat Bench: 15lbsx10/20lbsx10/30lbsx9/35lbsx7
Pushups: 10/10/10/10
Crunches: 2x15
Lying Side Leg Raises: 2x15
Ball Side Crunch: 2x15
Was good to get this taken care of! Was at my parent's farm over part of the weekend too. My Dad has a chin up bar, did a few when I walked by it occassionally.
