Here's what what I gol' darn gone and done today:

Week Three/Day One

Changed things up a tad...

Warm up - Three minutes on recumbent bike

Flat DB Flyes: 12x12lbs/10x25lbs/10x30lbs (I dunno why I started with 12... realized it, and then moved on to the next set).
Sissy Squats: 10x10lbs/10x10lbs/10x25lbs (my knees were achey, so I kept the second set at 10lbs instead of the usual 25lbs).
DB Hammer Curls: 10x15lbs/10x20lbs/6x20lbs (started with too much weight)
Single Leg Calf Raises: 10x30lbs/10x35lbs/10x40lbs
Seated Machine Rows: 10x7p/10x9p/10x10p (keep using this weight for a while)
Front DB Raises (standing): 10x8lbs/10x12lbs/10x15lbs
Seated Cable Rows: 10x8p/10x10p/10x12p

Superset:
Crunches: 15/15
Bicycle Kicks: 15/15

Hanging Obliques: 15/10 (man, the last couple were tough)
Lying Side Leg Raises: 15/15

Overall, felt pretty good about this... I was pretty exhausted after the weekend... based on the workout Saturday and then a pile of yard work yesterday...
