Tick Tocks: 20lbsx30
Crunches: 2x15
Ball Side Crunches: 2x15


Still spotting the last couple reps of concentration curls on the left arm. I wonder, if I had started with them instead of the EZ bars, would I have been able to complete? Normally the curls are first, but it was switcheroo day. Hmm.. anyway, I will conquer the 30lbs.
