Week Three - Day Two - Medium Day

Crunches: 3x12
Frog Crunches: 3x12

BB OH Press: 50/55/65/70/75x5
BO BB Rows: 65/75/85/105/135x5
Front Squats: 45/50/65/75/85x5
Single Legs Squats: 3x8 each leg
BB Good Mornings: 65/75/95/105/110x5

Thoughts: Upped the weight on the Front Squats as I seem to have them figured out. Still, don't want to go too heavy.

I have been seeing some separation in the delts of late, especially when I'm working out. That feels good.

Also, I have been having the odd dizzy spell lately. Will be making an appointment with the doctor today. Need a physical anyway.
