Week Three - Day Three - Light Push

Thoughts: I think I lost count on the final set of the Leg Press, by one anyway... did an extra so it might have actually been 11 reps there... too heavy on "Light" day for the Hack Squats. Never have done these before... like 'em and may do them more often than not. Replace LUNGES with them. HA! I will keep the weight on the Skulls, the tenth rep was a heavy duty challenge.
