Leg Raises: 3x12
Bicycles: 3x10

BB OH Press: 45/50/60/65/70x5
BO BB Rows: 60/70/80/100/120x5
Front Squats: 45/50/60/70/80x5
EZ Bar 21s: 3x21x30
Hamstring Ball Curls: 3x10

Thoughts: Good workout today... tried to keep rest periods between 30 and 45 seconds. Heart Rate hit about 124bpm.
