Week Three - Day One - Heavy Push

Warm Up: Four minutes on the treadmill

Leg Press: 270x8/340x8/450x7/500x8
Lunges: 30x8/35x8/40x7/45x6
DB Inclined Press: 25x8/35x8/40x7/50x6
Skulls (Standing): 30x8/40x8/50x7/60x6
Rope Wrist Curls: 5lbsx2/5lbsx2/5lbsx1

Thoughts: Whew... this was good today. Dropped direct shoulder work and lowered the bench to about 30 degrees for the Inclined Press. Added the wrist curls. In all honesty, I thought I was gonna die after the Leg Press.
