Warm Up - Three minutes on the eliptical

EZ Bar 21's: 30lbs/35lbs/35lbs/40lbsx17
Hammer Curls: 8lbsx10/8lbsx8/10lbsx6/25lbsx5
Decline Skulls: 40lbsx10/50lbsx8/60lbsx6/70lbsx5
Cbl Rope Pushdowns: 10kgx10/12.5kgx8/15kgx6/22.5kgx6
Tick Tocks: 20lbsx20/25lbsx20/30lbsx12/35lbsx10

Trunk:
Opposite Arm/Leg Lift: 2x10
Bent Elbow Planl: 1x60seconds/1x35seconds

Thoughts: I must lower the weight and watch form on the pushdowns... the weight was a nice challenge, but form was crap. Bit more of a sweat worked up today. I love the 21's... nice challenge... I may lower the start weight on the first set. Use just the bar and see what happens. I hope to complete the 21's by the end of this run. Same with the hammers and the skulls. I tried for six on the final set of skulls, but decided a trip to the hospital today was not a good thing.
