Warm Up: Three minutes on the eliptical

Leg Press: 180lbsx10/230x8/320x6/475x8 (woo-hoo!)
Smith Squats: 40lbsx10/50x8/70x6/110x6
DB Lunges: 10lbsx10/15x8/25x6/35x6
Ham Curls: 2px10/3px8/4px6/5px6
Calf Raises: 270lbsx10x4

Hanging Leg Raises: 15/15 (legs extended)
Twisting Crunches: 2x15
Frog Crunches: 2x15

Thoughts: Good work out... happier than a pig in mud about the Leg Press. Tough, but I made it through it! I may have been able to push another rep or two, but didn't wanna hurt... will try again next week. Big sweat today.
