Finish: 9:04am
Warm Up - Three minutes on eliptical
DB Sidelying Int. Rotation: 5lbsx25x4 (two sets each shoulder)
DB Sidelying Ext. Rotation: 5lbsx25x4 (two sets each shoulder)
BB Bench: 65lbsx10/75lbsx8/85lbsx6/120lbsx10
DB Flyes: 15lbsx10/20lbsx8/30lbsx6/40lbsx6
Dips: 10/8/5/5
Push Ups (on ball - toes fulcrum) 10x4
Thoughts: possibly too many reps on the rotations. I could feel a burn and the last few reps were very difficult. Maybe keep reps same and lower weight, or stick with five pounds and drop to 15 reps? Something to think about.
Slight headache going in today. It's gone. Not sure if it's from the workout or not, but I'm happy it seems to have left for now.
Few days off now... plenty going on this weekend, but will squeeze in some cardio over the next couple of days.
