Week Six/Day Two

The new gym looks pretty damned good!

What is truly amazing is, all the gear from the 1600 sqft place fits in the 3300sqft place and still looks full! Still, plenty of room to walk and a separate area now for step cardio and dumbells. It was pretty jammed before, now there is plenty of breathing room.

Finish Time: 9:10am
Heart Rate: Max-140bpm Average-133bpm

Warmup - three minutes on recumbent bike
Machine Press: 5x5x7p (up this)
Standing Lats: 5x5x10lbs (up this)
BO DB Lats: 5x5x10lbs
Hammer Curls: 5x5x12lbs (up this)
EZ Bar Curls: 5x5x30lbs (up this)
Cable Push Downs: 5x5x12.5kgs
Tricep Dips: 5x5x10lbs
Tick Tocks: 20x3x20lbs
Chins: 5/5/5/5/4 (damn)
Crunches: 5x5x35lbs
Leg Raises: 5x5
Twisting Crunches: 5x5

I feel I can up the weight on a few things... now that I think about it, I didn't really feel the need to push on the weights I felt were light. Soooo... I'll up 'em for next week.
