Week Six/Day Three (legs... love it!)

Warmup - three minutes on eliptical
Leg Press: 5x5x160lbs
Single Leg Press: 5x5x90lbs
Calf Raise on Leg Press: 45x90lbs/30x90lbs/25x90lbs
Leg Xtns: 5x5x8p
Ham Curls: 5x5x4p
DB Lunges: 5x5x20lbs
Chins: 5/5/5/5/5 (ya me!)
Crunches: 5x5x35lbs

That's it... one more week of the 5x5, then a week off or so as I get set for a fitness challenge at the college here.

The weekend will be interesting as we head to Calgary for the CCMA's. I may try and squeeze in a full body tomorrow. Light on the legs, though!
